This page is a tutorial for the Nici Picture Downloader. If you are not looking at this page in Nici, you can click here download a free trial.

If the Auto-Pilot is on, turn it off by clicking on "Auto Pilot: on" at the top right of the window, and then clicking on "Use Auto Pilot" to uncheck it. Nici will continue to download the existing pages, but will not add any more pages to the download line.

You can now manually add pages to be downloaded by clicking on some of the links below.

Tips

Click on the "Hide Downloaded" button below, and Nici will redisplay the page, hiding the links that you have already downloaded.

Click on the "Get Images" button below, and Nici will download all the images embedded in the page and redisplay it. This is useful for thumbnail link pages (see the examples of thumbnail links below).

Something else to try

When you have finished with this page, try using a Search Engine to find pictures. Go to the "Search Engines" page by clicking on the "Download Guide" task in the top left hand side of the window. Then click on the "Search for Pictures and Movies" task, then click on the "Find Pictures and Movies using a Search Engine" task.

Enter the kinds of pictures you want (for example "car" "flower" etc) into one or more of the search engine boxes, and click on the "search" button(s).

There is a link on the "Search Engines" page to a help page ("Using Search Engines") that describes how to get more pictures from search engines.
